Cesena, Monza, Sampdoria and Venezia: a delay that costs dearly

In addition to the measures for individual players related to the thirteenth day, Serie B Sporting Judge Emilio Battaglia sanctioned five clubs in the cadet league: as many as four, namely Cesena, Monza, Sampdoria and Venezia, were punished in particular for delaying the start of the game. The games in question are Monza-Cesena, Sampdoria-Juve Stabia and Padova-Venezia. Below are the details of each sanction and the reasons for it:
Fine of € 4,000.00: to the Soc. CESENA as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the first half by about four minutes, in consideration also of the fact that one of its own players delayed by an additional minute the arrival in the tunnel for the entrance to the field.
Fine of € 3,000.00: to Soc. MONZA as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the first half by about three minutes.
Fine of € 3,000.00: to Soc. SAMPDORIA as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the first half by about three minutes.
Fine of € 2,000.00: to Soc. VENEZIA as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the first half by about two minutes.
Fined with a fine, finally, Bari, for intemperance in the stands:
