Serie B market, Patrick Cutrone starts again in the cadet league

Patrick Cutrone is a new Monza player. The 1998-born striker, who grew up in Milan before embarking on various experiences in Italy and abroad, has ended his adventure at Parma, which lasted half a season, to go and reinforce the biancorosso attack again on loan from Como, just hours after the Brianzoli sold Gianluca Caprari to Padova. Cutrone thus returns to play in Serie B, where he had played the 2022-2023 championship and the following one with the Como jersey, scoring 23 goals in 67 games in the cadetteria.

“The striker arrives from Como on a temporary basis until June 30, 2026, with an obligation to buy him back upon the occurrence of certain conditions” specifies the biancorosso club, which is already ready to use Cutrone from the next matches on the calendar, starting with the Feb. 1 away match against Padova. This season, Cutrone had been a regular starter at Parma until the conclusion of November, only to drop down in the hierarchies indicated by coach Carlos Cuesta and accumulate just 88 minutes in the last eight outings for the ducali.

Born in Como on Jan. 3, 28 years from, Cutrone grew up in the Milan youth academy and made his Serie A debut in the Rossoneri shirt in May 2017. He joined the first team permanently in the following season, scoring his first goals between the Europa League and the league with a total haul of 18 goals, including the decisive goal in the Coppa Italia derby. In 2018-19 he became the youngest Italian to reach ten goals in European cups. With AC Milan, he totaled 27 goals in 90 games.

In 2019 he moved to Wolverhampton, then returned to Italy with Fiorentina, where he scored five goals in 30 appearances. In 2021 he flew instead to Valencia in La Liga, then returned to Serie A with l’Empoli in 2021-2022. The following summer he started again with Como: first season of 9 goals in Serie B, second season of 14 goals and 5 assists that, in addition to the promotion of the Larians, earned him the award of MVP of Serie B

After another 7 goals and 5 assists, still with the Larians but this time in the top division, in the summer of 2025 the striker moved on loan to Parma, before today&#8217s move to Monza. In Serie A, Cutrone has 169 appearances and 28 goals, he also boasts a presence in the senior national team and 11 goals with the Under 21.
