Coach Ivanovic analyzed the defeat suffered by his Virtus Olidata Bologna at home with Dolomiti Energia Trentino: “The preparation for the game and, above all, the concentration during the match were the keys to this defeat”.

“The real problem was the focus for the entire 40 minutes. I’m sorry to say it, but the focus seen tonight was that of a small team, especially after the very good win on Friday. Today we played without focus, individually and without the right intensity”.

On the comeback suffered after +17, Ivanovic was equally clear: “At that moment we took three or four completely meaningless three-point shots, committed lost balls and conceded unsportsmanlike fouls. All this is a direct consequence of lack of concentration”.

Coach Peppe Poeta, on the other hand, analyzed the home loss against Brescia in no uncertain terms, emphasizing above all the mental limits shown by the team: “Right now we are fragile from a psychological point of view. It is the fourth game that we lose in the same way, after Red Star, Zalgiris and Varese. We have to react and do it together in moments of difficulty, not individually. This is the message I have to convey to the group, starting with the defense”.
