Rodrigo Palacio comes clean in an interview with Total Italian Football. The Inter striker, among the most positive in the last period for Roberto Mancini’s team, returns to the mistake from the penalty spot that led to the elimination against Juve in the Coppa Italia: “It never happened to me before to miss a penalty in the final lottery and to have missed that one is a very bad experience.”
“I wanted to die at that moment but in the end these things happen. You have to move on and not think about it anymore. Next time I will be ready to score.”
Palacio, who is cautioned, may not be present for Saturday’s Champions League clash against Roma.
