MotoGp, Fausto Gresini hospitalized for Covid

The Gresini Racing team manager’s condition has worsened in recent days.
Fausto Gresini’s condition is keeping the MotoGP circus apprehensive. The owner and team manager of the MotoGp team of the same name, Gresini Racing, has been hospitalized in Imola due to his worsening condition after contracting Covid-19.
The 59-year-old manager had discovered the Coronavirus positivity in the days leading up to Christmas: progressive fatigue prompted doctors to more targeted treatment at Imola hospital, Sky reports.
Gresini, who only a few months ago was a donor with his own team of a lung ventilator at the San Pier Damiano Hospital in Faenza, had recently announced that as of 2022 his team will not be linked to any manufacturer, as has been the case with Aprilia in recent years.
