Marc Marquez experienced a difficult Friday at the Sachsenring

Marc Marquez more nervous than ever after Friday’s free practice at the Sachsenring, the track on which he has always dominated, with a resounding score of 11 wins in his last 11 appearances. Instead, the difficulties on the track-amulet instead unnerved the Honda centaur, who is now in the midst of a break with the Japanese company.

Marquez during the second free practice session flashed a middle finger toward the bike after narrowly avoiding a crash due to his bristling Honda, and shortly afterward he slid equally, hitting and mowing down Johann Zarco ahead of him.

After free practice Marquez was also very nervous about the French centaur who had just been knocked down: “In truth it was him who should not have been there. You know when strong riders come you have to stay at the pit exit… Only Zarco could avoid the crash.”

While also for Honda the words remain harsh: “I knew we would have problems here too, we struggle with motor skills and here if you don’t have grip you don’t advance.”
