Marco Crespi is the new director of the Dolomiti Energia Basketball Academy.

“Crespi will be presented tomorrow, Thursday, June 23, to the media at a press conference scheduled at 3 p.m. at the new Aquila Basket headquarters,” reads the note from the HCL company.

“Coach, basketball man, pundit: Marco Crespi, class of ’62, as a coach took Biella and Casale to Serie A, and in 2013 he contributed, with Mens Sana Siena, to the conquest of the Italian Supercup and the Scudetto Final. He also previously served as Director of International Scouting for the Phoenix Suns and Boston Celtics. He was technical commissioner of the Italian women’s national basketball team and of the Swedish national basketball team,” the Trentino club’s press release continues.
