A no comes in for Davide Frattesi: “It costs too much.”
D’Agostino says no to Frattesi
Gaetano D’Agostino, former Roma midfielder, was interviewed by broadcaster Centro Suono Sport 101.5 as part of the “Crossover” program and downplayed today’s Davide Frattesi.
“For me he has a very high price tag, all it takes is one championship done well to raise the price level,” he pointed out. “In my time, you had to play 200 games to be worth 20 million euros. If I spend 35 million euros on Frattesi, he has to play as a player of that value. It’s one thing to play with Sassuolo, it’s another with Roma where the pressures are greater. For me he is a footballer who can be worth that amount in the future.”
