NBA, Kyrie Irving becomes strong suggestion for Knicks
It would be the fourth team in his career
Irving, in Brooklyn, has not shown his full potential. According to ESPN’s Wojnarowski, his future will definitely be elsewhere (he will be a free agent as of next July 1). The 2016 NBA Champion (with the Cleveland Cavs), in fact, could stay in New York but play for the Knicks.
A suggestion that seems to have a good chance of going through. The Knicks are looking for a man who can shake up the environment. Irving, 30, would be among the possibles to become the new star of the storied franchise that has failed to shine its own light for many, too many years. Developments are expected in the coming weeks. Also watch out for the LA Lakers option where James plays (together they won at the Cavs).
