Wimbledon: Jannik Sinner continues his adventure.
Victory in four sets
A second victory on Wimbledon grass comes for Jannik Sinner. After his debut success over Swiss Stan Wawrinka, the South Tyrolean tennis player also won over Sweden’s Mikael Ymer.
Sinner won the match in four sets after three hours and five minutes. Blue’s dominance in the first two partials, brought home 6-4, 6-3. Ymer then put him in trouble by winning the third 7-5. But Jannik bounces back in the fourth and closes 6-2.
Sinner, the No. 10 seed on the draw, is the youngest Italian to reach the third round at Wimbledon since Daniele Bracciali, who succeeded in 1998.
