At Sassuolo for the past three seasons
Cremonese has announced that it has acquired Vlad Iulian Chiriches outright from Sassuolo.
Born in Bacau (Romania) on November 14, 1989, a central defender, Chiriches is a player of international depth who boasts 75 appearances with Romania (of which he is the captain) and 38 between the Champions League and Europa League.
The experienced defender in his career has worn the shirts of Tottenham (43 appearances), Steaua (61), Napoli (48) and Sassuolo (62). In his 94 Serie A appearances, he scored five goals: three during his time with Napoli and two with Sassuolo.
