Thorsby and Bonazzoli, hiring hurdle
Salernitana continues to push to persuade Sampdoria to let two players leave: midfielder Morten Thorsby and striker Federico Bonazzoli, who scored 10 goals in the last championship with the Campania side.
The two clubs could agree on a total sum of about nine million euros. Instead, it seems more complicated the road that the granata will have to take regarding the signing of the Norwegian midfielder, who is not yet convinced of the destination, and the former Torino striker among others. However, a cautious optimism for the conclusion of the operations filters through, and the Campania club’s sporting director, Morgan De Sanctis, said he was optimistic about the success of the negotiations.
