Francesca Schiavone praised Jannik Sinner for her progress

Francesca Schiavone, who was present at Wimbledon to compete in doubles with Flavia Pennetta in the Legends tournament, praised Jannik Sinner at Ubitennis microphones for making it all the way to the quarterfinals of the London Slam: “I think Jannik is already growing. He is adding a lot of things like going to the net. He’s working on his serve and I think he’s doing a great job.”

On his return to Wimbledon: “I have good memories. I walked all over the place and it was ‘wow.’ I couldn’t do it before and now I can do it. I can follow a lot of younger players, not just the main ones. Wimbledon is very special, I’m enjoying it.”
