For weeks, Ivan Juric has been asking the management to acquire a center forward as soon as possible: the farewell of Andrea Belotti will cause a major void in the Granata squad and the coach hopes it will be filled very soon.
The club has sounded out several profiles and the latest name popped up is that of Keita Balde. Currently without a team, the former Cagliari striker received a financially important offer from Trabzonspor in recent days but sent it back: the player wants to continue playing in Serie A.
Keita in the top league boasts 185 appearances topped by 41 goals and 20 assists. Born a left winger, in recent years he has been employed mainly as a central forward.
