Tagliafico headed to France

Nicolas Tagliafico, who has seen his name mentioned several times to Italian clubs, will play in France: the Argentine side is on the verge of signing a three-year contract with Lyon.

This brings to an end a very long Dutch interlude for Tagliafico: he joined Ajax in 2018 for his second European experience after his time in Spain at Murcia.

To date, the Italian-born footballer has worn the jersey of the Argentine national team 40 times with which, barring any sensational twists and turns, he will play in the World Cup in Qatar.

The first days of Serie A will see the incoming and outgoing soccer market still in the limelight although the matches have already begun: in August, in fact, as many as four rounds will be played, since the calendar has been largely conditioned by the World Cup that will be staged in Qatar. And which, as we all know, will unfortunately not see the Italian national team at the start, having failed to qualify for the review for the second time in a row.
