Juventus-Bremer, bianconeri unveil contract details
Bremer is from Juventus
The soap opera is over. Through a note, Juventus announced that it has reached an agreement with Torino “for the outright acquisition of the right to the sports performance of the player Gleison Bremer Silva Nascimento for a consideration of € 41.0 million, payable in three financial years; plus additional charges, including the solidarity contribution provided for by FIFA regulations, up to a maximum of € 3.6 million. In addition, bonuses of up to a maximum of € 8.0 million are envisaged upon the occurrence of certain sporting goals and/or conditions.”
The Bianconeri club signed a sports performance contract with the same Brazilian player until June 30, 2027.
Bremer began his career in Brazil, first in the youth ranks of Desportivo Brasil and then in those of São Paulo. His Pro debut was in 2017 with Atletico Mineiro, and in 2018 he arrived in Italy, at Torino, with whom he played 110 games, 105 of which as a starter.
In these 3 Italian seasons, he confirmed himself as one of the best defenders around, not only in terms of goalscoring, as recounted, but also in other data that reward him: for example, he was the player who intercepted the most balls in the top 5 European leagues in 2021/22 (105), and in the same season he was the defender with the most balls recovered (284), duels won (217) and aerial duels won (132) in the league.
