“I am satisfied with the young people and also with the new ones, who have made their contributions.”

Taking the field with an experimental lineup, but only up to a certain point – of the bigs, only Leonardo Bonucci, Dusan Vlahovic and Gleison Bremer were absent from the iniizo – Juve began its tour of American soil with a victory, beating Chivas Gudalajara 2-0. The goals bear the signatures of youngsters Da Graca, who scored in the 10th minute, and Compagnon, who sealed the contest in the 80th minute. Among the most anticipated protagonists were, of course, Angel Di Maria and Paul Pogba, who already showed a good understanding by giving important plays. The two stayed on the field 45′.

At the end of the match, coach Max Allegri was satisfied with the team’s behavior on the pitch: “A good test. The team has been working hard even in Turin these days and the results can be seen, the match was well played and at times even with good rhythms, in the first as in the second half. I am satisfied with the young players and also with the new ones, who gave their contribution. Pogba gave a good performance, there are some aspects to work on, but he will be one of the symbols of this team. I liked Fagioli and so did Gatti, who was good in the action of the first goal, although he obviously still has to absorb our defensive mechanisms,” said the coach.
