Pecco Bagnaia over the moon after Silverstone win: “Valentino Rossi supported me the most”
It is a visibly beaming Pecco Bagnaia who appears at Sky’s microphones at the end of his victory at the British Grand Prix. The Ducati rider said, “It was not easy today. We had problems all weekend with rear grip. Today, however, we took a good step forward in the morning using the hard rear. I found a better feeling, but I was still missing something, but we found it today in the race.”
“I have to thank my team who did an incredible job. I consider this victory to be among my best. I think it is really the best I have ever achieved because it was not easy at all. It is never easy, but today we suffered more.I want to thank my trainer Carlo, Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner because he has written me messages these days. Valentino then gives me more support than anyone, he was very lucid in advising me in his opinion which tire would be best for the race. He helped me,” revealed the Turin rider.
