F1, Max Verstappen: admission about Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton
Max Verstappen talks about the fight with Ferrari this season: “I prefer it to last year’s”
Red Bull driver Max Verstappen in an interview with Sky confesses that he prefers the current duel with Charles Leclerc to the no-holds-barred fight with Lewis Hamilton last season.
“I prefer this year’s fight than the one against Lewis Hamilton. Because it is first of all with Charles, whom I know very well. He is a good guy. We are the same age, of course, between us only three weeks apart.”
The relationship with Ferrari is also better: “We are fighting a very respected competitor, which is Ferrari. The way they go around, the way we fight, when they win the race, we can go to them and say ‘well done.’ Conversely when we win a race, they can say ‘well done.’ And I really respect that.”
