Twenty-one million dollars in severance pay for contract termination. Daniel Ricciardo, according to rumors reported by Speedcafe, is reportedly ready to demand this amount from McLaren, which would like to throw him out the door a year ahead of the end of his contract to make way for young Oscar Piastri.
Ricciardo, at McLaren since 2021, has never found the right feeling with the Woking stable: in the event of a farewell he could also decide to end his F1 career if the right offer does not arrive.
