Spectacle and goals, but a point each: Parma and Bari make it 2-2
One point each in the first championship game.
Parma-Bari, the opening match of the new Serie B, ends 2-2 at the Tardini. And at the Emilian stadium all possible outcomes alternated, with the Ducali leading, remounted by the guests also able to go one goal up, until the final draw. All with four goals all scored in the first half.
The first goal of the season came from Man, who put Parma ahead in the 3rd minute after a great scramble and a sleight of hand in the box with teammate Vazquez, who had also been potentially fouled earlier. Bari, however, were anything but submissive: in fact, in the 11th minute Antenucci equalized on a penalty after a foul by Estevez on Cheddira. The right conversion, moreover, is the second since the Var had parried a first penalty irregularly (according to the Var one of his feet was not on the goal line).
The match remains stupendous and chances flourish. In one of them, in the 35th minute, Folorunsho took advantage of Cheddira’s great work and with a bolide from the distance put Bari ahead. At halftime, however, Mihaila’s free kick set the score at 2-2 with which the match would end.
