For the former pilot, the wait for Marquez’s return is coming to an end

On the eve of the 2022 MotoGP weekend in Austria, Alex Crivillé with ‘Marca’ spoke about several issues related mainly to MotoGp, dwelling in particular on the intentions of Marc Marquez, who will be in the pits at the Red Bull Ring to try to lend a hand to a Honda HRC team in the midst of a performance and results crisis.

For the two-time world champion (1989 in 125, ten years later in 500), it is a signal that indicates how the compatriot’s return to the track is close: “Marc Marquez is working a lot – he said -. If it were up to him I think he would come back right away, for example at Misano: it is a circuit he loves.”

“I cannot know exactly when he will be back,” Crivillé added, “but I think he wants to be 100 percent and wants to go full throttle in the last races. I really think he will get on the bike before the end of the season: he will want to show the Japanese the right way to work on the 2023 bike.”
