Max Biaggi hopes for a different weekend
Sterilgarda team boss Max Biaggi arrives hopeful in Austria
Sterilgarda team boss Max Biaggi spoke ahead of the Moto3 Austrian Grand Prix: “In the last Grand Prix at Silverstone, we didn’t pick up as much as we potentially could have. It was a real shame, because both Ayumu and John proved to be fast throughout the weekend. On top of that, Ayumu because of his mistake will have to serve two Long Lap Penalties. As always nothing is written, so it will be necessary to work well, to gain the necessary speed to make up this gap.”
Sasaki, protagonist of a bad crash in England, is ready for Spielberg: “I’m recovering well after the Silverstone crash. It didn’t go the way we wanted, but I’m slowly recovering. I am better every day and I feel able to race in Austria. I am happy about that and looking forward to racing on the new modified track. I still don’t know what the track will be like with the new chicane, but the Red Bull Ring will always be one of my favorite tracks. It’s the home GP for Husqvarna and also for my sponsor, so I’m looking forward to getting there and giving my best again.”
