Monza, newly promoted to Serie A, and Palermo, which instead made the jump from C to B, made official on Friday the transfer of Davide Bettella from Brianza to the Rosanero club: the formula is that of a loan with option right at the end of the season.

“AC Monza announces that Davide Bettella moves to Palermo on a one-year temporary loan, with option right,” the biancorossa club confirmed through its official channels. “The defender from Veneto has collected 28 appearances with two goals in the biancorosso, centering the historic promotion to Serie A.

Close on the heels of Palermo’s greeting, on its website: “To Davide, welcome to Palermo from City Football Group, President Mirri and the entire Rosanero family,” it reads.
