Juventus, Arkadiusz Milik is officially bianconero
Arkadiusz Milik to Juventus
The Juventus roster and, specifically, the Bianconeri attack is enriched. From Marseille comes, on loan, Arkadiusz Milik who as of today is a Juventus player.
The Piedmontese club announced him by presenting him as follows: “Born in Poland, in Tychy, in 1994 Arek is a striker who, as we learned to know him during his first Italian adventure, in addition to having an extraordinary physical strength, is skilled in the aerial game and is above all very dangerous in the penalty area. In short, a player with a strong sense of goal. And what has just been said, the numbers prove it. Milik, in his last experience in Ligue 1, made 55 appearances scoring 30 goals, as of January 2021, becoming the player to have scored the most goals in an OM shirt in all competitions in his time in France. Going back to his beginnings, Arkadiusz grew up soccer-wise in Poland at Górnik Zabrze, where he made his debut as a starter at the age of 17. In January 2013, he moved on to Bayer Leverkusen, before going on loan to Augsburg for a season. Then a move to Holland’s most successful team, Ajax, where in two years he scored 47 goals in 76 games. Important statistics that earned him a call from Italy and specifically from Napoli where Milik would stay four seasons becoming also the best Polish scorer in Serie A with 38 goals to his credit, surpassing Zielinski (37) and Boniek (31). A total of 48 goals will be scored in his Italian experience. And in his time in Serie A he was the fifth player with the best minutes/goal average (with a minimum of 30 goals scored) in the tournament: one goal every 135′. Now Italy is waiting for him again, this time to wear black and white, our colors, and above all to continue updating his numbers.”
