Ferrari very fast in the second free practice in Holland.

Charles Leclerc set the fastest time, with Carlos Sainz second just four thousandths behind. Lewis Hamilton also did well, under a tenth off the pace; only eighth was Max Verstappen, however, who tucked in, working on his race pace.
