Voigtmann released from CSKA Moscow: ‘Olimpia ambitious team’

Olimpia Milano announced the signing of Johannes Voigtmann, who has been released from CSKA Moscow and signed a two-year contract with the Milan club.

“I am happy to join such a prestigious club and such an ambitious team,” said the German with satisfaction. “I am aware that the goals and expectations are very high, but because of that I have a great desire to contribute and help Olimpia have the greatest possible success.

General manager Christos Stavropoulos is also very happy: “Johannes completes our long department with the characteristics we were looking for: stature, shooting, ductility and Euroleague experience. We are happy to have him with us.”
