Cristian Brocchi in Brazil

A call has come from Brazil for Cristian Brocchi.

According to exclusive information from the Sportal.it editorial staff, Boavista Sport Club through its general manager Franck Assunção has made a proposal to the former Milan and Monza coach.

Brocchi, who has been stationary since April when his adventure at Vicenza ended, is reportedly seriously considering the possibility of coaching the team that will take part in the Cariocao, the championship of the state of Rio de Janeiro, from January.

The Brazilian club would also like to bring two or three Italian players to South America, including a goalkeeper and a defender. DG Franck Assunção has also thought about Enock Barwuah, the brother of Mario Balotelli.

Cristian Brocchi in Brazil would follow in the footsteps of Marco Osio, who played for Palmeiras in 1995-1996, but also, as few know, of Giampaolo Di Magno, goalkeeper in Duque de Caxias.
