Puig on Marc Marquez: “With each exit we saw him getting better and better…”
Marc Marquez’s excellent free practice sessions reinvigorate the Honda box ahead of Sunday’s Aragon Grand Prix: the Catalan rider, despite a bike he doesn’t feel is his own and a stop of several months, posted times close to the best.
“The most complicated moment is at the beginning, because the muscle is cold and has to warm up, adapt to the position on the bike. But in each exit we have seen him better,” explained HRC team manager Alberto Puig. “The best lap was the last one. He is here to test and put the bike through its paces, on a track he knows well.”
