Serie B: Reggina unstoppable, Bari privateer in Cagliari
Results of the 2 p.m. matches
Serie B is back to having two masters after Saturday’s 2 p.m. kickoff matches, valid for the sixth round of the cadet championship: Reggina, in fact, rejoined Brescia by beating Cittadella 3-0 with goals from Gagliolo, Fabbian and Gori. For Pippo Inzaghi’s men it is the fourth consecutive success.
Bari wins away, in the big match of the day: Cheddira, with a goal in the 77th minute, decides the challenge against Cagliari, unable to recover from 0-1 despite some minutes played in numerical superiority by virtue of the direct red to Pucino.
Parma also won away from home: against Ascoli it was 3-1, as a result of goals by Tutino, Inglese and Man. The Boanconian goal signed by Lungoyi was useless. In front of home walls, on the other hand, Frosinone is successful, taking advantage of Buttaro’s own goal in the 44th minute to defeat Palermo 1-0.
Three draws, the one with the most goals in Como: against Spal, in fact, it ends 3-3, with Cutrone’s double and Ioannou’s goal not enough against the goals of Maistro, Moncini and especially Esposito, who in the 93rd minute prevents the Larians from celebrating their first league success.
Instead, Sudtirol-Cosenza (Rover’s goal for the hosts was answered by Kornvig) and Venezia-Pisa (Gliozzi retaliated to Novakovich’s Venezia advantage, Nerazzurri in ten for 20′ after the second yellow to Ionita) ended 1-1.
