Cagliari trains its muscles in view of Venezia. In Thursday’s training session, the Sardinian team did not use the ball and devoted itself entirely to the athletic part. This was reported in the note published on the club’s official website.
“The team trained this morning at the Assemini Sports Center. The session, dedicated entirely to the athletic part, began in the gym with specific work on strength. The red and blue moved then to the field to carry out personalized sessions on explosive strength, speed and changes of direction. Cagliari will meet again tomorrow morning, Friday 23: a double work session is scheduled at Asseminello.”
Cagliari is currently in sixth place in the standings with 10 points, the result of three wins, one draw and two defeats. On Saturday, Oct. 1, they will face Venezia, 16th with 5 points.
