Inter, news arrives on Lukaku

Lukaku played only the first three league games, against Lecce, Spezia and Lazio

Romelu Lukaku will try until the very last to be available for Simone Inzaghi in the match scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1, at the San Siro, which will see Inter play against Roma of former great José Mourinho.

The Belgian striker has been absent since the fourth day of the championship, having played only in his debut in Lecce, in which he scored his only goal so far since his return to Milan, at home against Spezia and in the loss to Lazio.

Inzaghi hopes to have back, at least on the bench, the former Chelsea giant who, however, seems destined for a forfeit, with the aim of recovering for the very delicate Champions League challenge, scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 4, in which the Nerazzurri will play a good slice of qualification to the round of 16, against Xavi and Lewandowski’s Barcelona.
