Johann Zarco got a great result by placing first in FP2, already earning him access to Q2
The rider commented on the result this way, “I am very happy with the second session, I made a good time, I was consistent and fast. I had a very good feeling with the bike and I could do important things. It was important to make a good performance because if it rains on Saturday we will be in Q2.”
Currently, the Prima Pramarc Racing rider is in seventh position in the World Drivers’ Championship and is out of the running for the title.
