India is also landing in the MotoGP. In fact, Dorna has made New Delhi’s Buddh International Circuit official as the new track for one of the 2023 rounds.

“We have many fans in India and we are excited. India is a key market for the motorcycle industry and therefore, similarly, for MotoGp as the pinnacle of the two-wheel world. We look forward to racing at Buddh International Circuit and welcoming the fans who have flocked there to see this incredible sport in person,” the comment of a more than satisfied Carmelo Ezpeleta.

Starting in 2023, the Kazakhstan Grand Prix will also be run, with Dorna specifying that it has signed a five-year contract with the race organizers. The track, located not far from Almaty, has been named ‘Sokol Circuit’.
