Napoli, even Jurgen Klopp enchanted by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Klopp praises Kvaratskhelia
Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp did not fail to praise Khvicha Kvaratskhelia after his Liverpool’s victory over Luciano Spalletti’s Napoli, which still finished first in the Champions League group.
“I confess that I like Kvaratskhelia, a lot. He is a good player, really difficult to deal with,” the Reds coach commented immediately after the match.
“Kvara is really fast. When you give him the space of the first movement, a little bit of space — he’s already gone. He has speed, he’s smart, he goes in and out to defenders nonstop. He’s on fire and doesn’t get rattled. I like him!” Klopp commented.
Napoli has won two Scudetti in its history, both with Diego Armando Maradona on the field: the first with Ottavio Bianchi on the bench (1986-87 season), the second with Albertino Bigon (1989-90) at the helm. Luciano Spalletti has been at the helm of the Azzurri since 2021: before him was Gennaro Gattuso.
