Pietro Pellegri surrenders to bad luck again
More injury for Torino striker.
Pietro Pellegri added on Sunday another chapter to the “injury” entry of his career, which, to his misfortune, is studded with physical problems: very seconds after the kickoff of Bologna-Torino, in fact, the striker who had passed through Genoa, Monaco and Milan before coming to the Granata club slipped and injured his ankle.
Pellegri tried to stay on the pitch but raised the white flag in the 4′: Ivan Juric, coach of the granata, had to replace him, using the first of three useful time slots for changes by bringing in Yann Karamoh.
Today’s is yet another injury in Pellegri’s career: since his debut in Serie A with the Genoa jersey, characterized by a series of precocious records, satisfactions have been few precisely because of the countless problems that limited his potential both in his subsequent experience at Monaco and after his return to Italy, first at AC Milan and then at Torino.
