Anthony Davidson is still betting on Lewis Hamilton.
“The only person I see capable of mounting a serious challenge to Max Verstappen is him. I don’t know who will be next to come and give him a battle someday but at the moment the British driver is definitely still up to the task,” the former world endurance champion’s verdict to Sky Sports News.
There is a catch though: “The problem is that as you get older, you start to lose some performance. It hasn’t happened with Lewis yet, but at some point it’s inevitable and that’s Max’s advantage, being more than ten years younger.”
