Jannik Sinner sums up after not an easy season: “Lots of ups and downs”
Ahead of the Davis Cup finals in late November that will close his 2022, Jannik Sinner on his social profiles took stock of his season.
Unlike last year, Sinner will not be at the Atp Finals in Turin, and more importantly, he will not be in the top ten at the end of the season-the price to pay after his recent injuries. “2022 was the most challenging year for me, there were many things to learn, with many ups and downs,” explained the South Tyrolean, who changed coaches at the beginning of the year.
“It is necessary to focus on the positives and especially to learn from one’s mistakes to move forward, always remaining myself. I am very grateful to my team and those who work with me for the support.”
“I’m taking some time to recover before facing the Davis Cup in a couple of weeks,” continued the Italian. “I’m already excited ahead of next year, I’m ready to work to start well in Australia.
