High ticket prices are a cause for discussion among Black V fans
Virtus Bologna is a spectacle, much like opera. Baraldi thinks so, who, through the columns of Corriere dello Sport, explains why tickets are expensive (at least according to fans) to attend the games of the team coached by Coach Scariolo.
“They say our tickets are expensive, but going to a Virtus game, especially in the Euroleague, is like going to the opera. We can’t give them away. If Zanetti gets tired tomorrow, how do we do it? We need a solid base and continuity. We have the budget of a Serie A soccer team, without TV rights and ticket tags, just sponsors and box office,” the clear words used by the CEO of Virtus Bologna.
