There is already great anticipation for the World Tennis League, a team exhibition tournament that will be held in Dubai from December 19 to 24 and will involve many top tennis players to prepare for the 2023 ATP and WTA season.

Among the participants has confirmed his presence Novak Djokovic, a 21-time Grand Slam title winner. But there will also be Nick Kyrgios, Alexander Zverev, returning after the injury that kept him out for the entire second half of this season, Dominic Thiem and Felix Auger-Aliassime, who qualified for the ATP Finals this year, and there will also be Italy’s Andreas Seppi, who just retired. In the women’s side, there is no shortage of big names: Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka and Caroline Garcia are to name a few.

There will be four teams taking part in the event. Novak Djokovic will be the leader of the Falcons team: with him Paula Badosa, Aryna Sabalenka and Grigor Dimitrov. Team Hawks will consist of Alexander Zverev, Dominic Thiem, Anett Kontaveit and Elena Rybakina. Iga Swiatek will lead the Kites team: with her Felix Auger-Aliassime, Gael Monfils, Sania Mirza and Genie Bouchard. Finally, Andreas Seppi will go for team Eagles, along with Rohan Bopanna, Nick Kyrgios, Caroline Garcia and Bianca Andreescu. The top two teams will compete in the final on December 24.
