Inter prepares a double renewal

Edin Dzeko’s recent performances have convinced the Nerazzurri club to prepare a renewal for the Bosnian center forward. The Nerazzurri bomber is not the only footballer that the Beneamata wants to armor. In fact, talks have been going on for some time between the parties for Milan Skriniar, a pillar of the Nerazzurri defense as well as captain since Onana took over from Handanovic.

According to reports in La Gazzetta dello Sport this week there will be a meeting between the Meneghina management and the Slovak defender’s agent to speed up the renewal operation, while as far as Edin Dzeko is concerned the main obstacle is linked to his salary, currently 5 million euros and which will have to be sensitively reduced.

The Nerazzurri club’s intention is clear: to retain its current captain and its best seasonal scorer so far at 9 goals in all competitions.
