Aquila Trento coach Lele Molin took stock of the situation on the HCL team. The Italian basketball championship is at a standstill due to the break dedicated to qualification for the FIBA 2023 World Cup.

“I like that we are a real team. Even with 7/10 of the group changed, the individuals all feel part of the collective. The spirit of belonging and cohesion have allowed us to move beyond the problems of this first phase. Instead, it takes some time to get to know each other, both for me to understand how to make the team travel best, and for them to understand what I would like. We are still a construction site,” admitted the coach, in an interview with the ‘Corriere del Trentino’.

Then a look at the upcoming commitments: “We must not relax because the calendar now gets complicated: Virtus, then we will go to Venice, we will face Pesaro and Milan. At Christmas we will have a more precise dimension of who we are.”
