Marek Hamsik, revelation about retirement: ‘It will be in Naples’
Hamsik makes a revelation about the retreat
Former Napoli captain and flag bearer Marek Hamsik has made a revelation about his future. The Slovak footballer is currently in training camp with his national team, ahead of Sunday’s November 23 friendly against Chile.
“I will be 36 years old soon, I think my farewell to soccer is also approaching. And I really think it will be in Naples: it would be the only right place to say goodbye to everyone. I remember everyone with great pleasure, each of them has left me so much,” admitted the former player of the Parthenopean side, in an interview with ‘Channel 21’.
Then a few words about the fantastic first part of the season of Spalletti’s Napoli and the Azzurri’s draggers: “No one would have expected a Napoli like this. The club has been great because they have found the right men in the market and they are doing great. Osimhen has everything: physical, speed, he is tough and bad. He has everything and also scores a lot. The award is a great recognition for him. Everyone believed so much in Lobotka, with Spalletti he has regained confidence.”
