Spalletti will have Kosovo available again when he resumes
Out since last October 9, Rrahmani is now ready to return to the field. After missing nine matches between the league and the Champions League, the Kosovar defender has put the injury behind him and, when he resumes, he will again be available to coach Spalletti, who can close out the defensive pair of Kim and Rrhamani.
But there is more. There is talk, with great insistence, of his contract renewal. The 28-year-old defender’s contract expires in June 2024. Giuntoli does not want to waste time and aims to extend his deal before the season resumes. There will be a meeting soon. In the new proposal also a salary adjustment, considering Rrahmani’s excellent performance on the field.
