Cameroon-Serbia, the probable formations
Likely lineups
Cameroon and Serbia face each other on the final day of the second round of the group stage of the World Cup in Qatar. Both national teams are looking for goals and points: the Indomitable Lions lost 1-0 in the opener to Switzerland, while the White Eagles fell to Brazil (0-2).
Coach Song seems intent on sending out the same eleven seen with Switzerland. The second goalkeeper Epassy will play between the posts in place of Inter Milan’s Onana, confirmations instead for former Toro N’Koulou in defense, Anguissa of Napoli and Hongla of Hellas Verona in midfield. In attack there is no touching Choupo-Moting, on his sides Mbeumo and Toko Ekambi.
The Serbia coach recovers Juventus’ Kostic, who will start from the first minute. On the midfield line with him will be Grenadian Lukic, Lazio’s Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Zivkovic. In attack, the other Juventus man Vlahovic is expected to start alongside Mitrovic. Confirmation in defense for Viola’s Milenkovic and in goal for Torino’s Vanja Milinkovic-Savic.
