Cycling, Tadej Pogacar unveils plans for 2023

“My calendar will be very similar to last year’s.”
In a lengthy interview with Marca, Pogacar addressed many issues, including next season’s schedule: “2022 was a fantastic year for me, I really enjoyed it. Right now my schedule will be very similar to last year’s, almost the same.”
Pogacar also talks about the Tour: “Vingegaard? I hope he will try to defend the title, absolutely. We had a good duel this year and I hope we can do the same in the 2023 edition.” The Slovenian champion is expected to take part in the Madrid Criterium (elimination and road test): “Always exciting to come back to Madrid.” Pogacar, three years ago in his Grand Tout debut, stood on the podium at LaVuelta.
