Black VUs make move over Teodosic’s disqualification
Virtus Bologna is moving to try to reduce the disqualification imposed on Milos Teodosic in the Euroleague, guilty of arguing with the referees after the 80-85 home loss to defending European champions Anadolu Efes played at PalaDozza on Nov. 25.
The Serbian point guard, after what happened, was disqualified for two days from Europe’s top basketball competition, affecting the Felsinei’s challenges against the Serbian Red Star and the Greek Olympiakos.
An appeal has been filed for the former CSKA Moscow and Olympiakos player among others.Sergio Scariolo and the Black Vu are hoping to have the Serbian available as early as Friday, Dec. 2, when the Bianconeri will face Red Star in the match valid for the 11th day of the Euroleague regular season.
