After the loss to Buducnost in the EuroCup, Dolomiti Energia Trentino is ready to get going again in the advance of the tenth day of the championship that will see it opposing the Gevi Napoli of former great Maurizio Buscaglia, who has been on the bench of the Trentino club for 13 seasons. Lele Molin’s men are looking for their third LBA win in a row after successes with Reyer Venzia and Victoria Libertas Pesaro while the Campani, on the other hand, are coming off two consecutive losses to Bertram Derthona and Germani Brescia.

Bianconeri assistant coach Fabio Bogni analyzed the challenge with the Parthenopeans this way: “Napoli is a very dynamic team that can count on a roster composed of athletic players: they have the scoring talent to be able to settle important breaks within the game, with streaky shooters and players that if they light up can be really difficult to limit. JaCorey Williams is definitely an important reference for their inside game, then he will certainly care about doing well as a former: the team’s leader is French point guard Michineau, a very complete and physically strong outside player, but in addition to the Americans who are all of a good level there is a group of Italian players who are carving out an important space for themselves. We come to this game in a situation that is not ideal as far as various aches and pains are concerned, but we face one day at a time with great seriousness and determination to go beyond these obstacles: tomorrow the key to the match will be above all mental, we will not have to get carried away by the emotional moments inside the 40′ but stay on the ball, focused, aware that the game will be long and full of moments in which the inertia can change. Pace control will be key, Napoli will immediately try to put the match on its tracks, we will have to give a response of solidity and patience.”
