Excellent third place for blue biathlon girls in Hochflizen
Italy’s biathlon team smiles in Hochflizen, Austria: the Italian women’s relay team took a splendid third place in the second World Cup stage.
The quartet composed of Dorothea Wierer, Rebecca Passler, Samuela Comola and Lisa Vittozzi hit the podium, behind France and Sweden. The Azzurre finished 18 seconds behind the Scandinavians. Dorothea Wierer shined, excellent and fast on the polygon, particularly on the fourth, when she quickly covered the five targets.
Fourth place finish for Germany, over 15 seconds behind ours, then Norway and Switzerland.
