Pelé is hospitalized in Sao Paulo
Updates are coming in on Pelé’s condition: the 82-year-old Brazilian soccer and national team legend has been hospitalized for two weeks at Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo.
A medical bulletin was released on Monday afternoon, December 12, reporting that O Rei’s condition has improved.
“Although no discharge is expected, the patient continues to present improvements in his clinical state, especially in the respiratory infection, he is conscious and with stable vital signs,” reads the report on the three-time world champion with the greenoro national team.
